Dyke lives in Dalhart, Texas with his wife Terry Rogers. They have six children and fifteen grandchildren. Terry is a retired educator who worked as a teacher and principal.
Dyke and Terry have partnered with Empower International to construct and manage schools in Pakistan, as well as reach out to nearby schools in Myanmar. He is passionate about education because he has witnessed the positive impact it can have on individual lives, as well as the transformation of entire regions that stems from increased educational opportunities.
Dyke has a diverse portfolio of business ventures, spanning across real estate, farming, security, and software enterprises. He, along with Terry, played a crucial role in establishing and financing the Dyke and Terry Rogers Leadership Education and Development Program (Lead WT) at West Texas University. Additionally, the College of Education and Social Sciences at West Texas A&M University has been named after Terry B. Rogers.
