Shahzad Pervaiz hails from Pakistan and is the leader of Holy City Pentecostal Church Ministries Pakistan.

As someone from Pakistan, he has witnessed the detrimental impact that growing up in impoverished areas can have on children. These children are at a higher risk of falling victim to human trafficking, being trapped in cycles of poverty, forced into child marriages, and other forms of exploitation. However, in being the leader of Empower Pakistan, he has also seen firsthand the positive impact of organizations like Empower Education on young people who have been able to overcome these challenges and succeed as adults.

He holds a master’s in education and theology from Harvest Time International Bible College and is currently pursuing a master’s in Christian studies at Open Theological Seminary Lahore Pakistan. He has completed a one-year course in Greek language and continues his studies in this field.
